PRIVACY & SAFETY
At Debssnails, I prioritize the privacy and safety of my students. I adhere to strict guidelines to protect your personal information and ensure secure transactions. Rest assured that your privacy is of utmost importance to me, and I am dedicated to providing a safe learning environment for all.
The information that you directly submit to me through signing up includes your first and last name, phone number, address, postal code, previous experience, goals for the course, learning styles and health considerations. In person information will include tracking each students progress. All of this information will be stored and filed away incase of future reference or for communication purposes related to the course. Your personal information will be kept confidential and secure, and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
I am transparent about how we handle your data and utilize secure payment gateways to safeguard your transactions. Your trust in me is valued, and I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy and safety.
Refunds
PAYMENT, REFUND & CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Once you pay your $500 deposit, it cannot be returned.
Once you start your course, the remaining $1400 (or $900 if you are not receiving the kit) will be due upon your first practical date which will be discussed once booking and completing the $500 deposit. Payment methods accepted are DEBIT, VISA, OR CASH. Once you pay the full remaining balance of $1400 & start your practicals, it is NOT refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your course, I require a 3 week notice (21 days) and you can then be rescheduled for the next course availability. If this falls under the 3 week mark, a fee of $100 will be required to re-book another month.
Student Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Educate. With Debss Nails, all 1:1 practical training sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved exclusively for each student. As these sessions require several hours of dedicated teaching time and availability is limited, students are expected to attend all scheduled practical dates.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule a practical session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $100 and will be due at your next session.
Please understand that a replacement date is not guaranteed within the same month. Practical sessions are scheduled around existing students and client appointments, and availability may be limited—especially for evenings and weekends.
If a missed session cannot be rescheduled within your original course month, the session may need to be moved to the next available training date, even if that falls in the following month.
Multiple Cancellations
If a student cancels or reschedules more than once during their course, an additional rescheduling fee of $150 will apply for each missed session, regardless of notice provided.
Repeated cancellations may also require the remaining practical schedule to be restructured based on educator availability.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled practical session without notice will be considered a no-show. The session will be forfeited and a fee will be required to schedule an additional practical session.
Course Completion
Students are responsible for completing all required practical training hours in order to successfully complete the program and receive their certificate.
Cancelling a scheduled session does not guarantee that the missed hours can be accommodated within the student's originally scheduled course timeline.
Please Keep in Mind
Your practical dates are set aside specifically for you. When a 3–4 hour training block is cancelled, that time often cannot be filled by another student or client on short notice.
I completely understand that unexpected situations happen, and I will always do my best to accommodate when possible. However, rescheduling is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
By enrolling in Educate. With Debss Nails and booking your practical training dates, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
