PRIVACY & SAFETY
At Debssnails, I prioritize the privacy and safety of my students. I adhere to strict guidelines to protect your personal information and ensure secure transactions. Rest assured that your privacy is of utmost importance to me, and I am dedicated to providing a safe learning environment for all.

The information that you directly submit to me through signing up includes your first and last name, phone number, address, postal code, previous experience, goals for the course, learning styles and health considerations. In person information will include tracking each students progress. All of this information will be stored and filed away incase of future reference or for communication purposes related to the course. Your personal information will be kept confidential and secure, and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
I am transparent about how we handle your data and utilize secure payment gateways to safeguard your transactions. Your trust in me is valued, and I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy and safety.

Refunds
PAYMENT, REFUND & CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Once you pay your $500 deposit, it cannot be returned.

Once you start your course, the remaining $1400 (or $900 if you are not receiving the kit) will be due upon your first practical date which will be discussed once booking and completing the $500 deposit. Payment methods accepted are DEBIT, VISA, OR CASH. Once you pay the full remaining balance of $1400, it is NOT refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your course, I require a 3 week notice (21 days) and you can then be rescheduled for the next course availability.
